Led a Zoom workshop with SAFTA of 15-20 attendees where technologically based poems were read, discussed, and attendees were then encouraged to draw upon their own social media and internet experiences to generate poems of their own.

Writing Workshop, “Hilarity in Tragedy: A Comedy Writing Workshop” (March 2020)

Led a Zoom workshop with SAFTA of 15-20 attendees where comedy’s narrative effect was discussed across poetry, creative nonfiction, and standup. Attendees were then encouraged to draw upon their own feelings of embarrassment or irreverence to achieve narrative nuance in their own stories.
